About the authors

John Suthers is the current District Attorney of the 4th Judicial District. A lifetime resident of Colorado Springs, he previously co-authored a nationally published book on consumer fraud and white collar crime.

Liane Shupp is the volunteer coordinator and public information officer for the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office. A longtime resident of Colorado Springs, she is a former newspaper editor and reporter.
