Order Instructions: Resellers

To order by FAX (USA or international):
Send your FAX to 303-632-7528, which is also voicemail. Please provide the following information:
1. The name of your organization.
2. Federal tax ID number if in the USA.
3. The shipping address EXACTLY as it should appear on the mailing label.
4. Your phone number if in the USA or FAX number if overseas.
5. The name of your contact person and his/her phone, fax, and email address.
6. The number of copies of each book along with the author and title.
7. Your purchase order number and other billing information.

Domestic shipping:
Domestic shipping is by first class mail or priority mail, whichever is cheaper. Typical delivery 2-4 days and costs about $5 for a typical single book.
International shipping:
International shipping is by airmail or global priority mail, whichever is cheaper unless you specify. Typical delivery of global priority mail is 3-5 days and costs $8-10 USD for a typical single book (1-2 lb). See http://www.usps.com/common/category/postage.htm for current shipping rates.
